We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Return Shipping
- Change of mind / no longer wanted: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging due to customer handling
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
