Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Because our products ship internationally, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, local courier handling, or other events outside our control may extend this window.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders $50 and over
- Flat rate shipping on orders under $50
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Spoolmaster Pro is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Change of mind: customer is responsible for return shipping
- Defective or wrong item: we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or full refund
